The Law and It’s Implications

Any entity involved in litigation must be able to produce “electronically stored information” during the discovery process, in which opposing sides of a legal dispute must share evidence before the trial. This could have significant implications for School Technology Departments.

Software Overview

EZ E-Mail Archiver is a tool (software application) used to archive all email from either exchange or a web-based mail service that offers a journaling feature. All emails will be kept for a period of 3 years and at anytime a School Administrator will be able to use the web-based client to retrieve employee email.
